Morning Sea is a four-bedroom villa in a holiday-rental compound in North Pattaya-Naklua, for groups of 8-12 guests. The beach is approximately 900 m away. Terminal 21, Central Marina, Lan Pho Naklua seafood market and the Sanctuary of Truth are nearby; travel times depend on the route and traffic.
Four bedrooms and six king beds
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 6-foot king beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one 6-foot king bed: six king beds in total. Every bedroom has a balcony, an en-suite bathroom with hot water and a TV. Two bedrooms measure 36 sq m and two measure 28 sq m. The villa has five bathrooms in total.
Saltwater pool, Jacuzzi and entertainment
The private saltwater pool measures 3 x 7 m and is 1.20 m deep, with Jacuzzi jets and pool floats. The living area has an 85-inch Smart TV, JBL karaoke equipment and microphones. A pool table is in an air-conditioned room. Children need adult supervision around the pool.
Kitchen, parking and on-site assistance
An equipped European-style kitchen, BBQ grill, ice bucket, Wi-Fi, towels and hairdryers are provided. A bathtub is also available. Two cars can park in tandem inside the property, with additional parking in front and covered parking within the compound. The compound has 24-hour security and an on-site office; villa viewings between 09:00 and 18:00 should be arranged in advance. Tops and 7-Eleven are approximately 200 m away.
Arrival and house rules
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Arrivals outside the usual hours can be arranged in advance; this does not guarantee early check-in or a 24-hour stay. The THB 5,000 damage deposit is refundable after inspection if there is no damage. Up to two children under 7 may stay free with their parents within the total occupancy limit; confirm the full group before booking. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Loud outdoor sound must stop after 22:00, and indoor entertainment remains subject to the operator's rules. Guests should wash used dishes; optional dishwashing costs THB 500-1,000.
